Employees can view employee and company documents on Avanti Go. So, whether discussing a company file in the office hallway or bringing up a necessary document on a weekend errand, uploaded documents will now be easily accessible for employees, wherever, whenever.
In You, employees can find the documents they have access to. View uploaded documents, from offer letters to benefit coverage documents to your previously created employment verification letters. This lets them check their own documents on their phone, but regular users and managers can’t view other employee’s documents.
Additional Information
If you have set up templated documents such as Employment Verification Letters, only previously generated ones will be available on Avanti Go. You can generate new ones from ASSP.
Employees can download their documents, even documents with specialised file extensions unviewable on your phone.
What files are viewable? Those on Android can see PDFs and other file extensions depending on their own apps.
