Avanti Go

Company and Employee Docs on Avanti Go
View, download, and share documents on Avanti Go. Your employees can now view employee and company documents right on their phone. From the app, employees can check out uploaded documents like benefit coverage documents. Only previously created employment verification letters will be available on mobile.

Org ID on Avanti Go
Your employees will now see a slight adjustment when logging in on Avanti Go. Now your employees will put in their org ID first. Previously, the org ID was on the login screen.
Don’t worry though! We’ll still remember the org ID on your employees' behalf once put in.
Hide/Unhide Contact Manager in You tab
For further organization control, you can now decide whether employees will see a contact management message for information they cannot change in the You tab of Avanti Go. You can find out how in the Avanti Go Setup Guide.
Admin Message when Emailing Compensation
Tailor the email of the Compensation PDF your employees can send themselves with your organization’s own message, whether in English or French. Do you want the email to conform with your branding or include a link to another website? You can use HTML to format the email.

French Descriptions on ASSP
French descriptions you previously made in Avanti Desktop will now appear on ASSP. These include:
Property Type Codes, Property Status Codes, and Property ID on Consigned Property.
Discipline Action and Offence Codes on Disciplinary History.
Grievance, Agreement, and Grievance Status on Grievance History.
Award Type and Award Codes on Awards.
Career Connector French Selection
From applicant to employee, your French settings now determine whether applicants can view Career Connector in French, keeping things consistent across your organization.
